Hanging with Carol Burnett
Tomorrow, as people watch, I'll be attempting to figure out how my being Chinese has effected/affected my writing. Teen has (repeatedly) warned me, "Some of my friends will be there, so you'd better not embarrass me."

Who me?
This Sunday, March 18th, I will be hobnobbing with CAROL BURNETT! and THE MAYOR OF LOS ANGELES! and LOTS OF OTHER CELEBS at the Fabulous EXPLORE-A-STORY Event in Hollywood. The Celebs might not realize I am hobnobbing with them, but I won't let that stop me.

(I love Carol Burnett!)
Also, I'll be on stage reading from the Millie Trilly at 2:30 p.m.

John Lithgow goes on before me and I'm the last author of the day. Sigh. What if no one shows up? I'm always scared no one's going to show up.
If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it, does it make a noise? If an author reads from their book and no one hears them, do the words matter? (I was trying to think of something deep to write, but that's all I came up with.)
Hey! Here's something that may be fun. In honor of Explore-a-Story, I want to try a BLOG-A-STORY-A-THON. Oh wait! You know what, I think the Blog-a-Story deserves a separate blog all it's own, don't you?
It'll be over here . . . CLICK HERE FOR BLOG-A-STORY-A-THON.
