| Bio: | Aside from being a (former) obsessive collector of junk, I am an author. My first kids' novel, MILLICENT MIN, GIRL GENIUS won the Sid Fleischman Humor Award and some other stuff. My second novel, STANFORD WONG FLUNKS BIG-TIME is an ALA Notable Book. Both are published by Arthur A. Levine Books/Scholastic, as my latest novel, SO TOTALLY EMILY EBERS. GOOD LUCK, IVY was recetnly released. It's an American Girl historical novel set in the . . . 1970s!!!
I am currently working on a young adult novel called DEFINITELY MAYBE, and a series of chapter books called JUST BOBBY.
I've been a journalist, written for television, and penned lyrics for jingles. My superb collection of Winnie-the-Poohs (second largest in America) now resides in the White River, Canada Pooh Museum. And I can spike my hair in less than 5 seconds.
